Long-term technology partnership in the field of lifting columns
The tube requirements in the area of lifting columns for the furniture industry are high. In the course of the long-term cooperation with a customer in the lifting column sector, our internal process chain was continuously developed.
In order to be able to handle large tubes up to 260 mm, the welding line was optimized. In addition, the drawing process was developed slimmer in order to be able to ensure the delivery of cold-drawn tubes with the highest precision. The tools were also continuously developed, so that today we can produce wall thicknesses of 1.5 mm and tubes with weld seam in the corner. Due to the constant joint development, the internal process chain is optimally geared towards the production of tubes for lifting column applications.
